5k Running Clinic
You have the basics of running from the Learn to Run program and now you are ready for the 5K goal. This training program will introduce you to the Running Room 10 and 1 training and build on the Learn to Run program to help you reach your goal.Each session starts with a 20 to 30 minute class followed by a group run. You will then join your group for Run Club on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings to complete your weekly training.
10k Running Clinic
Build on your 5K training to prepare for your first 10K event or improve your 10K time. This program will introduce you to hill training and steady runs to accompany your weekly long runs.
Free Wednesday and Sunday Runs at the Running Room
To enhance your training program, the Running Room offers free practice runs every Wednesday at 6:00pm and every Sunday at 8:30 am. Contact your local Running Room for more details.
